Refund policy
Due to the nature of the products we sell and to protect all our customers, we do not allow refunds or exchanges of any product, even in cases where the product is unused.ย
Even though we take great care in checking all orders before shipment, in the unfortunate event that you have received the incorrect item(s) to what was ordered, please contact and inform us immediately onย info@fibroguard.co.zaย to rectify any such error.
If any item is received damaged in any way, please contact and inform us immediately on info@fibroguard.co.za. DO NOT ship any items back to us before we have made contact with you and confirmed the damaged item(s). We may request additional information in the case of any damaged items received, to assist us in investigating and resolving the cause of such damage and prevent future reoccurrence. Once your damaged item(s) has been verified, we will gladly replace such item(s) at no additional cost to you or refund the damaged item(s) at theย related order price.ย Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund and may take up to 10ย business days.ย If more than 15 business days have passed since weโve approved and processed your refund, please contact us at info@fibroguard.co.za.
For item(s) purchased on any other platform than www.fibroguard.co.za, such as TakeAlot.com please follow the returns process of that platform. For items purchased at any medical practice, retail store or distributor, please inform & return any damaged items to point of purchase. Note that the "no exchange" policy are still valid and apply, irrespective where theย item(s) was bought.
Gift Cards are not returnable or refundable, nor can it be exchanged for cash.ย
