Shipping policy

Shipping/Delivery cost R150 for orders with a total checkout value less than R1000, and is free for orders with a total checkout value over R1000. This cost or discount will automatically be applied when you complete your order to pay for on checkout via our online store.

We make use of Courier Guy as our primary delivery partner, but may use alternative courier services from time to time as and when deemed necessary. Deliveries may take 3 - 5 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays) depending on your location and may be delayed by causes such as strikes, road/route closures or any ad hoc situation which was unknown and/or unplanned. In the case of any such delay, we will try to contact and inform you of any possible delays and also do our best to have contingency plans in place to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Outlying areas may take slightly longer to deliver, although it is priority to remain within the given timeframe as far as possible for all deliveries.

All orders placed before 12h00 on business days, may be shipped for delivery on the same day. All orders placed after 12h00 may be shipped for delivery on the following business day. This exclude weekends and public holidays. In this case, the orders will be shipped for delivery on the next business day.
